🌈 Vaimse tervise vitamiinikuur LGBT+ noortele

Kas tunned vahel, et tahaks lihtsalt olla koos inimestega, kes mõistavad?
Kusagil, kus sa ei pea end selgitama, vaid saad lihtsalt hingata, rääkida, liikuda ja puhata.

Kutsume LGBT+ noori, vanuses 16–21, osalema vaimse tervise vitamiinikuuris – kord kuus toimuvates toetavates kohtumistes, kus keskendume mõnele „vaimse tervise vitamiinile“. Need on lihtsad, aga olulised asjad, mis aitavad sul end paremini hoida ja ka tugevamaks kasvada.

• 14. veebruar – Tutvumine ja tegevuste tutvustamine
Rahulik algus. Saame tuttavaks, räägime, mis meid ees ootab, ja loome koos turvalise ruumi.
• 21. märts – Suhtle + puhka
Miks on suhtlemine oluline? Kuidas suhteid luua? Millised on tervislikud suhted? Kuidas puhata ja kuidas parandada oma und?
• 11. aprill – Tunne + söö
Miks tunded vajalikud on? Kuidas neid kogeda ja kuidas ennast hoida? Teeme koos süüa ja räägime kuidas söömine mõjutab vaimset heaolu.
• 16. mai – Liikumine (matk)
Liigume koos looduses. Vähem juttu, rohkem olemist – keha ja vaim ühes rütmis.

Saksa filmiprojekt "Nähtavad: kväärid lood kasvamisest ja vabadusest" toimub Tallinnas märtsis-mais 2026

Filmide tegelased satuvad olukordadesse, kus isiklikud tunded põrkuvad kokku sotsiaalsete normide, seaduste ja ootustega.

Kõigis kolmes loos kulgeb eneseleidmise teekond läbi armastuse, haavatavuse ja vastupanu.

Filmid jagavad läbimõeldud ja empaatilist vaatenurka neile, kelle teistsugusus on pikka aega alla surutud.

Linastustele järgnevad arutelud, kus osalevad LGBTQ aktivistid ning migratsiooni, hariduse ja ajaloolise mälu eksperdid.

🗣Kõik filmid on saksa keeles, eesti, vene ja inglise subtiitritega. Arutelu toimub inglise keeles. Tõlkimine eesti ja vene keelde on saadaval soovi korral.

Lugemisklubi on osalejate ühine looming - ühiselt valime teemasid, tekste, raamatuid. Valime, mida ja kuidas teeme. Igaühel on hääl ja igaüks saab sõna, kes soovib. Võib ka täitsa tasa olla.

Lugemisklubi on avatud kõigile, sõltumata soost, vanusest, haridusest, maailmavaatest ja muust. On paar eeltingimust - lugemisklubi toimub eesti keeles ja iga osaleja ülesanne on üksteise suhtes käituda turvaliselt.

Lugemisklubi kohtub kord kuus teisipäeviti, konkreetse kuupäeva lepime iga kord kokku. Kohtumine kestab kuni 2 tundi. Võid soovi korral kaasa haarata mõnusaid suupisteid ja kindlalt mõne raamatu, mis sulle oluline.

Kas tunned end vahel üksi selles ebakindlas maailmas? Kas vajad kogukonda, kuhu kuuluda olles lihtsalt sina ise?

Ruum meile on Vikerteraapia mõttekoja loodud LGBT+ inimeste ja liitlaste toetamiseks mõeldud üritustesari. See on koos loodud paik, kus tunnetada kogukonna toetust, kus aeg saab rahulikult voolata ja hing ruumi juurde. Vaatame uudishimulikult enda sisse – õpime kuulama oma keha, piire austama, ja märkama seda tarkust, mis meis juba olemas on.

Sest parim, mis me enda vaimse tervise toetamiseks teha saame, on olla ühenduses: iseenda ja üksteisega. 🌿

Sarja kuues üritus, mis toimub Pride kuu alguses, keskendub häbile ja uhkusele. Õpime läbi teooria ja praktika, mis on häbi ja uhkus, kuidas on need seotud rõhumise ja traumaga ning kuidas need meie kehas avalduvad. Õhtut viivad läbi mõttekoja loojad psühholoog Laura Barbo ja somaatiline coach Joelle Marcelle Antson. Sündmus on osa Baltic Pride 2026 programmist.

Laura töötab psühholoogina Papaveri keskuses ja omab psühholoogia-nõustamise bakalureusekraadi Ardeni ülikoolist. Lisaks sellele on ta pikalt tegelenud kogemusnõustamisega, LGBT+ kogukonna sidususele kaasaaitamisega ja inimpsühholoogia keerdkäikude tundmaõppimisega. Laura kirjutas bakatöö vähemusstressist ja Eesti LGBT+ inimeste kogemustest vaimse tervise spetsialistidega.

Joelle on Strozzi Instituudi somaatiline coach ja kehatöötaja, taastava õiguse koolitaja ja Imago suhteteraapia edendaja. Ta toetab igapäevaselt LGBT+ ja neuroerinevaid inimesi ning naisi oma autentse tõe kehastamises. Lisaks korraldab ta kväärinimestele mõeldud kaisu- ja kink pidusid. Oma töös kombineerib Joelle politiseeritud somaatikat, taastavat õigust ning süsteemset pere- ja suhteteraapiat.

Harjutustes osalemine on alati vabatahtlik, mis tähendab, et igaüks saab valida, kas ja kui sügavuti ta soovib kaasa teha.

Olenevalt osalejate soovidest ja vajadustest, toimub üritus eesti või inglise keeles. Registreerimisel andke meile oma keele-eelistustest märku.

✨ Ruum meile #6 - Pride and Shame

Do you sometimes feel alone in this uncertain world? Do you long for a community where you can simply belong just as you are?

Ruum meile (A Space for Us) is a series of gatherings created by Vikerteraapia Mõttekoda (Rainbow Therapy Think Tank) to support LGBT+ people and allies. It's a space where we can co-create a sense of community, where time can slow down and the soul can find room to breathe.

Together, we look inward with curiosity — learning to listen to our bodies, to honor our boundaries, and to recognize the wisdom that already lives within us.

Because the best thing we can do for our mental wellbeing is to stay connected — to ourselves and to each other. 🌿

The sixth event in the series that kicks off Pride Month, focuses on shame and pride. Through theory and practice, we will explore what shame and pride are, how they are linked to oppression and trauma, and how they manifest in our bodies. The evening will be led by the think tank’s founders, psychologist Laura Barbo and somatic coach Joelle Marcelle Antson. The event is part of the Baltic Pride 2026 programme.

Laura works as a psychologist at the Papaver Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology-counseling from Arden University. In addition, she has long been involved in experiential counseling, fostering cohesion within the LGBT+ community, and exploring the complexities of human psychology. Laura wrote her bachelor’s thesis on minority stress and the experiences of Estonian LGBT+ people with mental health professionals.

Joelle is a somatic coach and bodyworker at the Strozzi Institute, a restorative justice trainer, and a Imago Relationship Therapy educator. She supports LGBT+ and neurodivergent people and women in embodying their authentic truth. Additionally, she organizes queer-only cuddle and play parties. In her work, Joelle combines politicized somatics, restorative justice, and systemic family and relationship therapy.

Participation in the exercises is always voluntary, which means that everyone can choose whether and how deeply they want to participate.

Depending on the needs and preferences of the participants, the evening will be in Estonian or in English. Let us know about your language preferences when registering.

“‘Buried Consequences, or the Effects of Oppression” is a group exhibition by queer artists based in Estonia organised by EKA Queer Students’ Association. The exhibition aims to draw attention to various forms of oppression and their hidden or less hidden consequences. The works on display explore queer people’s experiences with oppression, its impact on individuals, and the interpretation of these experiences through creative expression.

The project is hosted as a part of the Baltic Pride 2026 programme🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

The exhibition celebration event will be taking place at 4.06 at 18:00. We will introduce the project in more detail and offer drinks to visitors to celebrate the event together🥂

Come spend a fun and creative couple of hours with Helmehirmutis and Labia Koidula, bringing your idea for a drag character onto paper through collage. In the workshop, you’ll get to experiment with different images, colors, textures, and ideas to create a moodboard that helps shape your character’s style, mood, and self-expression. The workshop is suitable both for those who already have a character and for those who simply want to let their imagination run wild without ever stepping onto a stage.

Tule veeda paar lõbusat ja loomingulist tundi koos Helmehirmutise ja Labia Koidulaga ning too kollaažitehnikas paberile idee oma drag-karakterist. Töötoas saad katsetada erinevate piltide, värvide, tekstuuride ja ideedega, et luua moodboard, mis aitab kujundada sinu karakteri stiili, meeleolu ja eneseväljendust. Töötuba sobib nii neile, kellel on karakter juba olemas, kui ka neile, kes tahavad fantaasial lennata lasta, kuid mitte kunagi lavale ronida.

Kes ei tea, siis Tallinnas on juba mitu aastat toimunud kväärsauna üritus Logi Saunas, mis asub Linnahalli kõrval. See turvaline ja kogukondlik ruum on suunatud just LGBT+ inimestele, kes erinevatel põhjustel ei tunne end mugavalt avalikudes segasaunades. Olete soojalt oodatud! Saunapilet on 8€.

Come and make signs with us for the Baltic Pride happening on June 6th in Tallinn! We have a lot of art supplies available at the center but you can bring your own materials along as well.

The workshop’s 1st part will take place on 2nd of June in Ajuokse Avangaar (Kastani 42, Tartu) at 17:00 and 2nd part will take place on 3rd of June in Peemoti Keskus (Lille 9, Tartu) at 17:00. You can participate in both parts or in any of them! This event is a part of Baltic Pride 2026 programme.

Ever been watching a drag show or binging drag race and cockily thought to yourself “i could totally do that…”

Now’s your chance to prove yourself RIGHT!

The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in the art of drag, especially the physical and performance part of it, and would like to try out these elements on themselves.
We’ll be going through different exercises on essential drag performance elements such as lipsyncing, overall physicality and movement, how to engage with the audience and have strong stage presence, developing and defining your drag persona and how to build a performance for the maximum level of SERVE.

As well as the art of painting your first drag face and figuring out the total lewk!

We’ll have some drag accessories, wigs and such on the spot to use, but if you have something of your own to bring, then please do!!

The workshop will be led by Rene Köster and Nasty Nikita Pedestrian aka two of the mothers of the iconic local House of Pedestrian!

Samuti oma esimese drag-näo maalimise kunst ja tervikliku lewk’i väljamõtlemine!

Meil on kohapeal kasutamiseks mõned drag-aksessuaarid, parukad ja muud sellist, aga kui sul on midagi enda oma kaasa võtta, siis palun tee seda!!

Ballroom was created by black and latin trans women back in Harlem, New York at the late 1960s, due to racism they faced within the white pageant scene. Ballroom is an underground subculture by and for the BIPOC LGBTQ+ community and it is a space where participants walk different categories in beauty, body, fashion and performance.
If you are not from the community, please be mindful of the space you take. If you would like to walk/participate, learn and study the categories beforehand. If there's any questions, please contact the organizer team and they will help you.

The venue will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, national origin, genetic information, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression) or any other characteristic.

Chill Pony Pride on sinu lahendus! Tule ja veeda õhtul enne rongkäiku veidi rahulikumalt aega meie introverdisõbralikul üritusel ning lae oma akud tähtsaks päevaks täis.

Neile, kes soovivad kogukonna liikmetega paremini tuttavaks saada või uusi sõpru leida, pakume välja lausa kaks erinevat varianti. Kõigepealt saab terve õhtu jooksul täita sõbrunemisbingo lehti, mis annavad sulle hea põhjuse mõne uue ja/või huvitava inimesega juttu teha. (Mitte päris kiirkohting, aga vestluse alustamine on sageli keeruline!) Teiseks on meil ka klassikalisem kiirsõbrunemisring, kus saad paljude inimestega paari minuti jooksul etteantud teemadel rääkida. (Bingolehed on saadaval nii eesti kui inglise keeles. Kiirsõbrunemise viime samuti läbi mõlemas keeles korraga ning vajadusel vaatame, et kokku satuksid inimesed, kel vähemalt üks ühine keel, seega ei pea ka keelebarjääri pärast muretsema.)

Kui soovid vahepeal suhtlemisest väikest pausi teha või tunned, et su mõtted ja vestlus liiguvad paremini, kui ka käed käivad, siis oled oodatud meisterdamisnurka. Seal saab endale valmistada kollaažitehnikas postkaardi (hea saata näiteks sõbrale, kes miskipärast pride’ile tulla ei saanud) või veidi suurema pildi, mis endale hiljem mälestuseks seinale riputada. Materjalid on meie poolt, loovuse pead ise kaasa võtma!

The Pride Week is one big party. Almost all evenings are packed with awesome and social events that might drain an eager participant of energy before the main event, the pride parade itself, even takes place. Or maybe you happen to be an introvert who doesn’t really love a big party? Or are you looking for new acquaintances to march with in the parade the next day?

Chill Pony Pride is the solution for you! Come and spend the evening before the main event in a more relaxed way at our introvert-friendly event while charging your batteries before the big day.

We have two brilliant options for those looking to meet new people or get to know members of our community better. Firstly, throughout the evening, you can fill out a friend bingo sheet, which will give you a good reason to walk up to and speak with any new and/or interesting people. (Not exactly speed-dating material, but hey, it’s not always easy striking up a conversation!) Secondly, you can take part in a more classic speed-friending circle, where you’ll be able to talk to many people for a few minutes on a given topic. (The bingo sheets are available in both Estonian and English. The speed-friending will be hosted in both languages as well, and when needed, we’ll make sure that the people talking to each other share at least one language, so you don’t have to worry about any language barriers.)

If you want to take a bit of a break from socializing or feel your thoughts and conversations flow better while your hands are also busy, you’re welcome to the crafting corner. There, you can make yourself a postcard (good for sending to a friend who sadly couldn’t come to Pride) or a bigger picture in the collage technique, which will be a good memento you can put up on the wall later. We provide the materials, you’ll provide the creativity!

Throughout the evening, there will be some chill music in the background, and to lift your spirits and energy levels, drag performances!

Pride rongkäik on mitmekesisuse tähistamine ja kogukonnatunde loomine – hetk, kus tuleme kokku, et olla nähtavad ja üksteise jaoks olemas, sest just nähtavus ja kohalolu aitavad luua turvalisemat ruumi kõigile. Samas ei ole see reaalsus veel kõigi jaoks iseenesestmõistetav – ei Eestis, Baltikumis ega mujal maailmas. Seetõttu ei ole Pride ainult tähistamine, vaid ka ühine seisukohavõtt.

Sel aastal on Baltic Pride’i sõnum: „Vaikides vaenu vastu ei saa“. See tähendab, et vaen ei seisne ainult valjuhäälsetes rünnakutes. See saab kasvada ka vaikuses – olukordades, kus kõlab näiliselt süütu nali või öeldakse negatiivne kommentaar ja keegi ei sekku. Mitte vaikimine ei tähenda alati suurt ja nähtavat tegu. Sageli piisab sellest, et märgata, sekkuda või toetada.

Pride ei ole vaid LGBT+ kogukonna sündmus – mida rohkem inimesi otsustab olla kohal ja nähtav, seda selgem on sõnum, et turvalisus, võrdsed õigused ja väärikus peavad kuuluma kõigile.

The Pride march is a celebration of diversity and a way to build a sense of community – a moment where we come together to be visible and to be there for one another, because visibility and presence help create a safer space for everyone. It is a space where different stories, experiences, and people meet, united by the belief that everyone has the right to be themselves.

At the same time, this is not yet a given reality for everyone – not in Estonia, the Baltics, or elsewhere in the world. That is why Pride is not only a celebration, but also a shared statement.

This year, the message of Baltic Pride is: “Silence won't defeat hate.” This means that hate does not exist only in loud and explicit attacks. It can also grow in silence – in moments when a seemingly harmless joke is made or a negative comment is said, and no one steps in. Not staying silent does not always mean taking big or visible action. Often, it starts with noticing, speaking up, or offering support.

Pride is not only an event for the LGBT+ community – the more people choose to show up and be visible, the clearer the message becomes: safety, equal rights, and dignity must belong to everyone.

Estonian LGBT+ choir Vikerlased and the Riga Queer Choir (Rīgas Kvīru koris) will be performing at Baltic Pride!
Vikerlased is delighted to welcome Rīgas Kvīru koris (Riga Queer Choir) to Estonia for the first time, especially since Vikerlased’s first international performance was at Baltic Pride 2018 in Riga.

The event will be in Estonian and English.

Tallinn is a city with a rich LGBT+ history that has only begun to be studied more thoroughly in recent years. LGBT+ history researcher Taavi Talupuu will take you on a walk through the Old Town and share stories about Tallinn’s queer communities over the past 30 years. In the spirit of Baltic Pride, the focus is on community activism.

We will walk roughly along the route of Estonia’s first gay parade, which took place in 2004. The tour is approximately 2 km long, lasts a little over an hour at a relaxed pace, and is free of charge for participants. The tour starts at the Viru Gates and ends at Town Hall Square.

Accessibility: the tour takes place in the Old Town, where it is generally difficult for people with mobility impairments to move around. Most streets are covered with cobblestones, and sidewalks have high curbs. In the second part of the tour, we will climb stairs from Freedom Square up to Toompea, and later descend from Toompea along the steep streets.

Since the event is happening in Tallinn Old Town, there will be cobblestone paths and stairs in multiple locations, therefore we unfortunately cannot guarantee full physical accessibility.
There will be a lot of movement during the event, which might last for several hours. There are different seating spots around the city. We highly recommend taking a head covering and drinking water with you!
